Best hosting company I have ever seen

I've been pleased with ENEXT SOLUTION (CITYRESELLER)Web hosting because of the value I get and the Online Chat support. I don't need the chat support that often, but when I do they've always been helpful. The websites I support have always been up.

I think it is great. I am a customer for about a month and I have no complain.
The service is good. Even when the servers are overload the downtime lasts for about a few seconds while in other hosts your page would be off for hours.

I switched to ENEXT SOLUTION Hosting because I was thoroughly frustrated with my previous host. I hosted my own website with my former host and because I design websites I would recommend others use them. I used to get good service from my former hosts but for my last 6 months, the uptime was horrible, they always blamed somebody else and never got the problem corrected. My experience with ENEXT SOLUTION (WWW.CITYRESELLER.COM), has been a good one. Their uptime has been better than promised. I love being able to communicate with tech support three different ways and they are super friendly and courteous. They have always understood my problem and if I want them to, they will take the time to explain how they fixed it so I can do it myself for other clients or just go ahead and fix it for me. I've never had to wait very long for help and it's a plus for my communication that their techs are all located in the US. The control Panel might be the same as others but their customer support is what sets them apart.

Recently I bought a shared account in this company for my website. The first feeling is excellent for me. I have just started moving my websites to their server. My account got activated in around 1 hour.

FTP speed is lightening fast. My site loading speed has also increased incredibly. Though my current site is very small I am planning to move one of my bigger site soon.

As of now I am quite happy with this company. I will continue to post here once I get good/bitter experience with ENEXT SOLUTION (WWW.CITYRESELLER.COM)

If everything will continue like now, I may not expect better for little price like few dollars for 2 year hosting. I am quite happy till now and wish the same in future too.

Great Customer Support

I have used eNext Solution (Cityreseller) for about 6 months now.

The very few times I had to get in touch with them - mainly because I was moving sites from one host to another - they were very helpful. So thumbs up for customer support.
New features are implemented to the Control Panel all the time to keep users updated to the latest option in web hosting.

I think is very good value for money.

Really a good Host. I have a Reseller plan with them. I too faced some downtime but they where also supportive and ready to help you any time you need. If the live chat is not available the support ticket is always available I dont have much technical knowledge but he always make my problem cleared. I many time by mistake deleted some of my files but god grace they helped me and restored my files for their backups. They are much reliable. There price are cheap and have correct price. This is from a real customer of them . I love there service. One more thing they give real privacy for their resellers. Mostly I will make some errors in my website and I will get into trouble but they helped me and explained me how to resolve my problems.

Please dont leave fake reviews to confuse people. I really dont know how their services are so i will not comment on that. but still . . . .
